The granting of a priority makes it mandatory upon the Air Carriers to remove other passengers or cargo if necessary, cu.using delay and inconvenience to these passengers or shippers whose tran:~portation may be of importance. Consequently, it is urged that the per·sons authorized to sign the certificate be limited as much a.s posSible. Clearing of space for passengers or cargo of higher priority classifications than "other than military" may require displacement of passengers in this classification. Use of the certificate below makes it mandatory 11pon air carr~ers to provide space for transportation stated, remov::!.ng passengers and cargo if necessary.
