Dear S i r : In accordance with the custom p r e v a i l i n g during the p a s t two years whereby the Federal Reserve Banks have undertaken to supply examiners of S t a t e Bank Departments located i n t h e i r Dist r i c t s with Federal Reserve B u l l e t i n s i n an endeavor to f o s t e r a b e t t e r s p i r i t of cooperation between Banking Departments and the Federal Reserve System (See the Board's l e t t e r s X-13)5 and X-I751 of December 27, 1918 and December 10, 1919> r e s p e c t i v e l y ) » the Board b e l i e v e s t h a t i t would be well to continue the same p o l i c y t h i s year and had accordingly f i x e d a s p e c i a l r a t e f o r such subs c r i p t i o n s by Federal Reserve Banks a t $2*00 each p e r annum.
