There a r e enclosed e x t r a c t s from the Board's Anaual Report
f o r 1919 covering those p o r t i o n s of e x h i b i t s "M" and "N"("Personnel
and S a l a r i e s " and " O f f i c e r s and D i r e c t o r s of the Federal Reserve
Banks", r e s p e c t i v e l y ) which r e l a t e t o your Bank. I t i s requested
t h a t you add t o t h e s e t a b l e s data f o r the year 1920, up t o and i n cluding December 31 and forward the r e v i s e d t a b l e s t o t h e Board a t
your e a r l i e s t convenience. Any changes a f f e c t i n g t h e s e r e p o r t s which
may occur a t your Bank a f t e r the r e p o r t s have been forwarded should be
sent t o t h e Board promptly so t h a t the necessary changes may be aade
i n the p r o o f .
In submitting the names of o f f i c e r s and d i r e c t o r s i t should be
understood t h a t t h e names of d i r e c t o r s should include those of t h e
newly e l e c t e d d i r e c t o r s f o r t h e ensuing y e a r .
In connection with e x h i b i t "Mn (Personnel and S a l a r i e s ) the
f i g u r e s should cover the annual s a l a r i e s paid exclusive of any e x t r a
compensation. In t h i s e x h i b i t under t h e caption "Other O f f i c e r s " you
a r e requested t o l i s t the following o f f i c e r s :

The A s s i s t a n t Federal Reserve Agent, being am o f f i c e r of the
Federal Reserve Agent's Department, should be l i s t e d i n t h a t Department,

Among t h e departments t h e r e should be a s e p a r a t e heading,
"Auditing Department", inasmuch a s t h a t department i s independent from
o t h e r departments of the Bank.
