e t a f f has p i c t u r e d the Registrant as a "sup l i a n t " and accused
i t of attempting to persuade the Commission to "bargain w i t h
J u s t i c e I n n e g o t i a t i n g t h i s Agreement, the Registrant waa
not a "suppliant'* nor was i t attempting to induce the Commission to "bargain w i t h j u s t i c e * "

both the Commission and the Registrant and serve only t o
prejudice the Registrant before the Commission*

and the R e g i s t r a n t have done e x a c t l y what the Report of the
Aoheson Committee, appointed by the Attorney General a t the
request of the President, recommends and preaoribes aa approp r i a t e i n the settlement of controversies w i t h a d m i n i s t r a t i v e
bodies*
