Cm Beede on the basis of estimates by six-month periods, prepared by the Bureau of Labor S t a t i s t i c s , The figures for July, August, and September 1937, were e s t i mated by assuming the same percentage change r e l a t i v e to a year ago in t o t a l urban building as occurred in some 1,500 reporting c i t i e s of 2,500 population and over.
