Chairnsn Eccles1 letter of March 21, 1941, to
CongressBsan Wright Batman of Texas, in answer to
his repeated charges that the Federal Reserve System is dominated by the private bankers and that
the government should issue non-interest bearing
obligations, in other words, a constant streaa of
nesr mcmey to finance its expenditures.
