in response to your letter of this afternoon, and
having particularly in mind your statement that time is of the
essence i n this matter, the Board sends you herewith copies of
correspondence, as set forth in the enclosed l i s t , which have
been taken from the files of the Board and which bear upon the
more important questions or problems that have arisen since
January 1, 1942, between the Board of Governors or any other
agency of the Government and Transamerica Corp. or any of its
affiliated institutions.
