Dear •*« Searsx
I wish to thank you for your latter of February
7 th. Although I dp no 8 knew who the man M j be who has
been so critical, I do appreciate your spontaneous vindication in wj beh&lf • My record i?ill Vi£i7e 60 fet ay
defense. I cio not know of Mgrlhlog fiartbw I can add
to it.
I, like everyone else, have done the only thing
1 could under the present system, that is, played according to the rules of the system of laissez faire —
but at the same tifce I have been hoping, WB& advocating,
tfeet the people in thie counti-^, through the OofiarflMKi«
vould have the intelligence to ch&ags the rules before
it r&s too late for a modified system of capitalism to
be nade to operate successfully, the Government being
the compensatory agent, through its R O W over the
system and tax 8ystesf to force a sufficient flow of
money to make our economy of abundance function in the
interest of all.
With kind regards,
Sincerely yours,
