The attached news letter written by Julius
Klein ca&e to my desk and it occurred to me th&t you might
not have seen it so I am venturing to pass it along. Meedless to say, X heartily agree with it3 comments about you
and I think it is all the more significant coming from a
former Government official vho was very close to Herbert
Hoover*
