I am making a study of the recent Federal Reserve - Treasury Department controversy over management of the Federal Debt for a course in Public Finance. The subject interests me in all its ramifications, and I must say thus far I am biased in favor of the Federal Reserve point of view. I would deeply appreciate any help you might give me in the way of copies of yours speeches or material you have published on the matter.
