Dear Mr. Dubuque:

I greatly appreciate your kind thoughtfulness in writing to me
about my talk before the Delta Sigma Pi Fraternity. I am pleased that
you found my remarks and the discussions which followed interesting and
helpful to you. I enjoyed addressing and discussing the subject with the
members of the Fraternity and their guests.
It was a pleasure to meet and talk to you during the evening.
Sincerely yours,

M. S. ^ccles.

entire Chapter, and, I a
m
. sure, the entire school, our thanks and
sincere appreciation for the most interesting talk (off.the record)
©n Our Present Economic policy, you delivered recently at the School
of Foreign Service.
The widespread discussion following the event gave certain evidence
of the interest you so excellently stimulated in the student body.
It is indeed a rare treat for us all when we are able to obtain a
qualified and interesting speaker on a current matter of such impor
tance.
Once again, on behalf of Mu Chapter, I wish t© express our real ap
preciation for a talk which we shall remember and discuss with
pleasure and profit for many months.
