THE SECRETARY OF THE TREASURY WASHINGTON Hovember 14f 1934* My dear Mr# Iccles: In accordance with the President's communication of November 12th, appointing me Chairman of the new Committee to coordinate the efforts of the lending agencies, I am hereby calling the first meeting of this group* I Iwpe that you may arrange to meet with others of the group in my office on Monday, November 26tht at 2:30* There will be a definite agenda for each meeting so that members of the Committee may know in advance what topics will be discussed.
