OFFICE OF STABILIZATION ADMINISTRATOR WASHINGTON 25, D. C. January 11, 1946, Honorable Marriner S. Eecles, Chairman, Federal Reserve Board, Washington, D. C. Dear Mr* Eccles: At the meeting of the Stabilization Board on January 9 I stated my desire to resume regular bi-weekly meetings with the Board. Those present indicated that the time I suggested for such meetings, namely, alternate Wednesdays, beginning January 23, would be satisfactory. This time was chosen with a view to having the meetings on the day following meetings of the OWHR Advisory Board, in order to suit the convenience of members from out of town who are on both Boards. Since many regular members of the Stabilization Board were absent when this question was discussed, I am writing all members to make sure this is a satisfactory time. I should appreciate it if you would let me know. Sincerely yours, Collet, Stabilization Administrator.
