Dear Mr. Eccles:
The next meeting of the Economic Stabilization
Board will take place on Thursday, October 29.

We shall discuss two subjects:
!• The effect of wage stabilization
upon the migration of labor.
2.

The control of agricultural wages.

I have asked Chairman McNutt of the War Manpower Commission to meet with us for these discussions.
All the members of the Board are, of course,
extremely anxious to have a full expression of your
views upon these vital matters.
