As t h e Hew York Bank Library i s on the s p e c i a l m a i l i n g l i s t which I personally keep for: copies of the Chairman*s statements, two copies of t h i s statement were mailed on December 10, marked f o r your a t t e n t i o n , as are copies of a l l h i s s t a t e ments which are mimeographed f o r d i s t r i b u t i o n . I n view o f the f a c t t h a t on several occasions i n the p a s t , a f t e r having mailed copies t o you, I have received a post card request from the L i b r a r y , I am wondering i f the copies are going astray a t the Bank.
