Dear Mr. Feigi^an:
Just before leaving by plane for Chicago
today, Mr. Eccles asked ae to send to you the enclos­
ed copy of the Prsss Release which he is giving to
the Press this evening in Chie&go covering the address
he is maicing at the banquet of the 17th Biennial Con­
gress of The Cooperative: League of the U.S.A.. The
address will be ext em tx>r&neous ana therefore ve will
not have a full text of it.
