when I last Saw you in Utah around the first
of tne ye«r you asked me if I would be willing to speak to
your Luncheon Club the next time I came uest. I think you
said you were Chairj’san of the Program Cosamitteo of the
Kiwanis olub, and if I would speak you would also Like to
have some of tne Chamber of Coraaerce people join you.
My present plans are to spend ciDout two weeks
in Utah, from Mc.rch 26 or *.1 to april 6. If any time dur­
ing that period would meat with your plans I would be glad
to address your group. I will appreciate your advising me
here not later than the end of next week.

dated March 7th in which you say th a t you
w ill be happy to be a speaker a t a jo in t lunch­
eon o f the Kiwanis and Chamber o f Commerce
during your v i s i t here between the dates o f
March 26th or 27th to A pril 8 th . I have talked
to Gus Backman today as w ell as the o f f ic e r s o f
Kiwanis, and thoy are a l l very happy th a t you
are coming and have scheduled you fo r March 30th .
That i s a Thursday, and i t w ill be here a t Hotel
Utah.
I w ill be looking forward to seeing you when
you a r r iv e , and i f you w ill l e t me know the
