Eccles Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System Washington, D. C. Dear Marriner; Before writing you a letter, I was waiting to receive a copy of the letter sent to you by Mr. B. W. McPheeters, Secretary of Group Five, California Bankers Association. The copy arrived this morning, and I notice that he has given you a full outline of the program and also an airplane schedule. After you have made your decision, let him know as soon as possible the date of your arrival so he can contact the Biltraore Hotel, as I notice he has only made a tentative reservation. It certainly is wonderful of you to accept the invitation to speak before Group Five; and as I am a Director of this group, I personally appreciate it very much. In the meantime, if there are any matters which you would like to have me take care of for you here, please do not hesitate to let me know. You will hear from me again regarding additional plans as soon as they are -formulated. With kindest personal regards, I am, Yours.,most sincerely, M. Vilas Hubbard MVHset
