Dear Mr. Ecclesi It is a matter of much regret to me that absence from the city on vacation has delayed my writing to you to express, on "behalf of the Bankers Forum Committee, our great appreciation of your acceptance of the invitation, extended through Mr. Feick, to he the principal speaker at our Silver Anniversary Dinner on December first. Ify associates and I are pleased and honored that you will he with us on this occasion, and we are making a concerted effort to insure a large and receptive audience for the message that you will bring to us. Subject to your approval, I have reserved a suite of rooms at the Hotel Astor for your use, and will be pleased to make further reservations for such members of your staff who may accompany you, if you will advise me what accommodations are desired. I would also be pleased to have you advise me as to whether you desire us to make arrangements for you to meet the press prior to the dinner, as we want all the details handled entirely in accordance with your wishes.
