Dear Mr. Eccles:
Enclosed is a copy of the stenographic record
taken during your appearance before the Joint Commit tee
on the Economic Report on January 25. We want to proceed
as rapidly as possible with the preparation of the printed
record and would appreciate having your corrections by
Thursday, February 1st.
Corrections may be indicated on the transcript
itself or listed on a separate sheet. I f they are made
on the transcript, please let us know i f you wish to have
i t returned for your files after the corrections have been
entered on the printer 1 s copy.
Senator 0!Mahoney has asked me to express the
appreciation of the Committee for your cooperation in
appearing before them to discuss the President* s Economic
Report.
