Dear Mr. Eccles: Many favorable comments have reached me regarding the Address delivered by you before the American Bankers Association at New Orleans. I am wondering if you will forward me twenty-four copies of the Address, as I am desirous of placing one in the hands of each examiner and assistant assigned to this district. Dear Mr. Koetzel: I appreciate very much your letter of De cember 17th relative to the favorable comments which have reached you regarding my address before the iunerican Bankers Association convention in New Orleans in November. In accordance with your request, I am sending you under separate cover twenty-four copies of the address, as reported by the convention’s stenographer.
