Many favorable comments have reached me regarding the
Address delivered by you before the American Bankers Association
at New Orleans.
I am wondering if you will forward me twenty-four
copies of the Address, as I am desirous of placing one in the
hands of each examiner and assistant assigned to this district.

Dear Mr. Koetzel:
I appreciate very much your letter of De­
cember 17th relative to the favorable comments which
have reached you regarding my address before the
iunerican Bankers Association convention in New Orleans
in November.
In accordance with your request, I am sending
you under separate cover twenty-four copies of the
address, as reported by the convention’s stenographer.
I did not prepare a written address, but spoke from
notes which 1 made after arriving in New Orleans.
