Dear Mr. Eccles: Many favorable comments have reached me regarding the Address delivered by you before the American Bankers Association at New Orleans. I am wondering if you will forward me twenty-four copies of the Address, as I am desirous of placing one in the hands of each examiner and assistant assigned to this district.
