Since my return from that trip I have tried to find your speech An print but have been able to read only parts of it, I think just such parts as the paper or magazine wanted to print. I have just noticed in the "Kiplinger Washington Letter" that a copy of the speech, I trust in full, can be t obtained by writing your office.
