RRis E. L e e d s ||4001 8TENTON AVENUE PHILADELPHIA May 16, 1938 Mr* Marriner S. Eccles, Chairman, Board of Governors, Federal Reserve System, Washington, D. G. My dear Mr. Eccles: If there is available for general circulation a complete copy of the speech which you made the other day to the New Jersey bankers at Atlantic City, I should be much interested to have it. The abbreviated newspaper accounts which I saw gave me the impression that you had made a very fair and discerning analysis of present conditions, with wise suggestions for the steps which should be taken to meet them. Very truly yours
