Mr, Balph B. Flanders, President,
Federal Reserve Bank of Boston,
Boston 6, Massachusetts*
Dear Balph:
As the Chairman is still in Utah, I
wanted to thank you on his behalf for sending
a oopy of your oration of September 28 before
titie Hew England Shippers Advisory Board.
I have not, I regret to say, yet
had a chance to read it, but I felt you were
getting on thin ioe when laying claim to the
world's greatest orchestra and the world's
greatest conductor* these are subjects of
high controversy!
Sinoerely yours.
