The purpose for which these rooms is desired is so secret that I cannot mention it as yet. However, I assure you it has a most important bearing on the war effort. I would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience and I will then designate an officer to consult with you or someone whom you designate in order to make the necessary detailed arrangements. It is necessary to call these meetings sufficiently in advance to make possible arrangements for transportation and other accommodations. Accordingly, I am proceeding on the basis of your letter, with the understanding that the space desired will be vacated and available for our use not later than May 2l|. I will be glad if you will direct the officer whom you designate to communicate with me in order that the necessary detailed arrangements may bo made. Respectfully yours, M. S. Socles, Chairman.
