Needly to say, I was highly delighted to
note from the press on yesterday that you are to continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Governors.
% pleasure is not only personal. The news was most
gratifying to me as a citizen and as one who is deeply
interested in the Federal Reserve bystem.
