March 23* 194-5 — First bill was sent to Senator Wagner and
Congressman Spence. The bill was introduced in the Senate (S. 792) and
in the House (H.R. 2776) •
April 239 194-6 — Revised bill was sent to both Senator Wagner
and Congressman Spence. This bill was introduced only in the House (H*R. 6225)
March 5, 1947 — Board's new bill was sent to both Senator Tobey
and Congressman Wolcott. It was introduced in the Senate (S. 829) and in
the House (H.R. 3351).
