She said the controversial points l i e in Titles I I and I I I and that there i s no controversy whatever over provisions in which we are interested. The Subcommittee meets again at 10 this morning and the f u l l Committee w i l l meet in executive session at 10i30. She would not say whether Committee action on the extension of the Second War Powers Act would be completed this morning. I w i l l advise you later in the day of any developments i n this matter*
