LITIGATION Interpretation of "Primarily Engaged.".-Pursuant to BA-32.110. section 30 of the Banking Act of 1933, the Board, after a hearing, removed two directors of a national bank on the ground that they were violating section 32 of the Banking Act of 1933 which makes it unlawful for a director, officer or employee of a member bank to be an officer, director, employee or partner of a firm "primarily engaged" in under writing or distributing securities.
