Second Assistant Secretary of War in World War I and U. S. Representative on Interallied Munitions Council, are deposited in the Alderman
Library at the University of Virginia. They relate largely to Mr,
Stettinius1 work in the War Department, and may contain material
relevant to the Federal Reserve in connection with World War I*
