CHESTER MORRILL

The papers of Chester Morrill, lawyer, government official,
Secretary and Special Adviser to the Federal Reserve Board, Secretary
to the Open Market Committee, are mostly incorporated in the files
of the government agencies with -which he worked. He has dictated
his memoirs to the Oral History Research Office of Columbia University, New lork, including in them substantial sections concerned
with his years at the Federal Reserve Board, These memoirs will
not be open for use until five years after Mr, Morrill1s death.
