Describes the "credit* exchange standard which has been
developed in N.Z. and less perfectly in Anstralia. The
essence of this system consists in the maintenance of
an approximately fixed exchange rate and the automatic
increase or decrease of monetary media within the
exchange standard country to the extent of the net
balance of its payment through the exchanges. Abstract
