Memorandum to Mrs. Sinner

The Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University, which seems to be
conducted by the American Bankers Association, requires of its students written
theses on various banking subjects• Both in Minneapolis and Kansas City, I was
referred to theses which officers of those two banks had 'written, and this matter
has come up before.

~

It occurs to me that if we could get a cumulative list of theses submitted
to' that school, we might, be able to check off those which had to do with the Federal
Reserve System. Such a list may exist in the library of this bank, or we may have
to write to Rutgers for one. We may have no luck at all, but on the other hand, if
we could get this, it might improve our own bibliography.
I would suggest that you talk first to Miss McKinstry about this. She may
have already run this down in connection with her own bibliography*
