ANGELL, J- W. "Reparations and the cash transfer problem," POLITICAL SCIENCE QUARTERLY, September, 1926. Pp. 25- Important problem of effecting cash transfers of German reparations will probably arise beginning in 1927-28• This will require a movement of the balance of trarde favorable to Germany. Desired results may be obtained if the transfers can be made so as to cause a decrease in German prices which will stimulate her exports and discourage imports. Author describes mechanism bjr means of which this may be accomplished. Abstract by w.O. Weyforth, AMERICAN ECONOMIC REVIEW, March, 1927.
