ANGELL, J- W.
"Reparations and the cash transfer problem,"
POLITICAL SCIENCE QUARTERLY, September, 1926.
Pp. 25-

Important problem of effecting cash transfers of
German reparations will probably arise beginning
in 1927-28• This will require a movement of the
balance of trarde favorable to Germany. Desired
results may be obtained if the transfers can be made
so as to cause a decrease in German prices which
will stimulate her exports and discourage imports.
Author describes mechanism bjr means of which this
may be accomplished.

REVIEW, March, 1927.
