Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Reserve Bulletin. Annual
reports of the Federal Reserve Banks and the monthly reviews of the Federal Reserve Banks. Textbooks on the history and functions of the Federal Reserve System,
PUBLIC FINANCE: Chief U. S. government publications and some textbook material
on government finance with special emphasis on the U.S. budget. File of reports
of the Comptroller of the Currency and of the Secretary of the Treasury back of
that, to the founding of the Republic is almost complete.
LOCAL BANKING. Local banking histories numbering nearly fifty volumes in addition
to general histories* It took a good deal of research to gather these and much
material is catalogued that might not be found readily without such a guide. A
twenty year file of Banking manuals and annual reports of the banking commissioners of the New England states. Congressionsl hearings and preliminary bills
and reports for important banking legislation.
PERIODICALS. A complete run of the Commercial and Financial Chronicle and its
predecessor Huntfs Merchants Magazine back to 1832.
MONEY AND GOLD. Histories and treatises on these related subjects and all pertinent League of Nations publications. Includes a file of Director of the Mint reports from 1911 to date and the National Monetary Commission Reports.
