Diary deeded by Mr, M. to Govt. Originally, stipulated
no one could see papers without his permission. On Oct.
6/55 he relintdshed this condition, and responsibility
for access to and publication of the papers now rests with
GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, vhich is in charge of
presidential archives.
General Ser ices Administration has indicated most
of papers would be released soon to Senate Subcommittee
on Internal Security.
