Addition to Memo on Robert Latham Owen

Robert Latham Owen was the senator whose name was linked
with that of Garter Glass in the passage of the first Federal
Reserve Act, The papers in the Library which are of any value seem
to date from 1920. The Owen collection is very light on matters
earlier and hence on Federal Reserve affairs•
