Riche, Martha Farnsworth

Martha Farnsworth Riche is an American economist who directed the United States Census Bureau from 1994 to 1998. Previously, she served as an economist with the Bureau of Labor Statistics from 1961 through 1976; founding editor of American Demographics from 1978 through 1991; and director of policy studies, Population Reference Bureau from 1991 through 1994.
