c o m m e r c ia l banks and w ill b e n e fit bank c u s to m e r s through out the
co u n try .

Bank r e g u la to r y a g e n c ie s should be w illin g to use th e ir good

o ffic e s to e n co u ra g e the new banking s e r v ic e s w h ich te ch n o lo g y m a k es
p o s s ib le .

T h e se a g e n c ie s should a ls o se e k n e c e s s a r y ch an ges in the law

and in th e ir s u p e r v is o r y p o lic ie s that w ill e n co u ra g e banks th e m s e lv e s
to m ov e fo rw a rd in th is a r e a .
