Cannon -- October 10, 1997 Release Date: October 10, 1997 For immediate release The Federal Reserve Board today announced the issuance of an Order of Removal and of Prohibition against Gregory D. Cannon, a current officer and institutionaffiliated party of the University Bank, Ann Arbor, Michigan, a state nonmember bank, and a former officer and institution-affiliated party of the Bank of Lenawee, Adrian, Michigan, a state member bank. Mr. Cannon, without admitting to any allegations, consented to the issuance of the order based on his alleged misapplication of funds from the Lenawee Bank. The order was issued jointly with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. A copy of the order is attached.
