Ms. Koo, without admitting to any allegations, consented to the issuance of the order in connection with her alleged involvement in the provision of documentation for leveraged derivative transactions to customers of Bankers Trust New York Corporation and its subsidiaries. Ms. Koo paid a civil money penalty of $9,000. A copy of the order is attached.
