114 At a meeting of the Federal Reserve Board held in the office of the Board on Wednesday, September 9, at 3.00 p. m. PRESENT: Mr. Hamlin Mr. Warburg Ur. Delano Mr. Harding Mr. ,Williams Mr. Miller Consideration of the proposed amendments to the Federal Reserve Act was continued, and the members discussed, informally, the subject of Class "3" directors for the various banks. Several names were considered, but no definite action was taken. On motion the meeting adjourned to meet on Friday, September 11 at 11.00 a. m. , Acting Secretary. APPROVED: Governor.
