132 At an adjourned meeting of the Federal Reserve Board held in the office of the Board at 6:00 p. m. on Friday, September 15, 1914 PRESENT: Mr. McAdoo nr. Warburg Mr. Williams Mr. Miler Mr. Harding. The jeeretary of the Treasury presided. The committee appointed by the conference of bankers called by the Federal Reserve Board on September 4, 1914 to consider the foreign exchange situation conferred further with the Board, and were directed to prepare a report to be submitted for the approval of the Board at a special meeting to be held at 10:00 a. m.
