At a meeting of the Federal Reserve Board held
in the office of the Board on Thursday, May 20, at 11. a.m.
IMSENT:

Mr. Willis, Secretary.

By previous appointment the meeting was devoted
to a hearing of the petition of certain ,banks in the State
of Msconsin, now included within District No: 9, for transfer to District No. 7.
At 1.00 p. m. the Board adjourned to meet at 3.00
p. m. this day.
