At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Federal Reserve Board held in the office of the Board on Saturday, June 21, 1919, at 11 A.M.,

Lotter dated June 19th from Deputy Governor Case of
the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, in re particpation by
other Federal Reserve banks in the deposit of 4)92,000,000 gold
held by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for the account
of the Argentine Government.
Referred to the Governor for reply.
Letter dated June 19th from Governor of the Federal
Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, recommending payment of extra
compensation to employees of that Bank on July 1, 1919.
Referred to the Secretary for report.
Letter dated June 19th from the Chairman of the Federal
Reserve Bank of Boston, advising that Mr. Chester C. Bullen,
at present Deputy Governor and Cashier of that Bank, will cease
to act in the latter capacity, effective July let next, and
that the Board of Directors of that Bank has appointed Mr.
William Willett as Cashier effective July 1, 1919, at a salary
per annum, subject to the approval of the Federal Re.
