At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Federal Reserve Board held in the office of the Governor of the Board at 11:00 a. m., on Thursday, July 6, PRESENT: Er. Hamlin, presiding, Mr. Delano Mr. Warburg Mr. Allen, Secrotary. Examination was made of the report of resolutions and motions adopted by the Conference of Federal Reserve Agents held in Washington beginning May 29th as submitted to the Board by Mr. D. C. Wills, of the Conference, and the necessary assignments to Committees for action in disposition of these motions and resolutions was taken. Mr. Warburg was authorized to take up with the Federal Reserve Agent at New York the arrangements made by the Agent for his vacation beginning July 6, 1916, including the 744 'bonds to be furnished by the Deputy Federal Reserve Agent and the Assistnnt to the Federal Reserve Agent. The files of the Executive Committee and the Law Committee having to do with amendments to the Act were taken up and examined. Matters not already covered in amendments sent to Congress were ordered filed with the exception of those which had directly to do with National banks which were ordered to be referred to the Comptroller of'the Currency. There was discussion of the arguments made by Senator Husting of Wisconsin in connection with the petition of certnin Wisconsin banks to be transferred from District No. 9 to District No. 7, and it was agreed that Mr. Delano should discuss the matter with Governor Wodl. No objection was raised to giving Senator Husting the names of six 'banks not replying in the Board's canvass of , 743 --of Wisconsin banks. At 11:50 a. in., the Committee adjourned. Secretary.
