82 At a meeting of the Federal Reserve Board, duly called and held in the Treasury Building, Washington, D. C., August 27, 1914 at 3 p. m. PRESENT: Er. Hamlin Er. Delano Er. Harding Er. Warburg Er. Eiller. On motion duly made and seconded 1:r. Harding was requested to act as Secretary to this meeting. It was the pleasure of the members present that subscription be entered in the name of the Board to the Journal of Commerce and that the Secretary pro tern be so advised and instructed. Er. Warburg, of the committee on legislation, reported certain proposed amendments to the Federal Reserve Act which were fully discussed. On motion duly made and seconded the meeting adjakrned at six o'clock, leaving further consideration of the proposed amendments to come up at the meeting called for Friday morning, August 28, 1914.
