1181 At a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Federal Reserve Board held in the office of the Governor on 7/ednesday, June 16, at 1.00 p. m. PRESENT: Mr. Hamlin, presiding, Lai. Delano Warburg. On motion it was voted that a letter be sent to all Federal reserve banks affected, enclosing therein a form of resolution to be passed by member banks seeking transfer from one Federal reserve district to another as a result of the redistricting decisions of the Board. On motion it was voted that telegrams stating the conclusions arrived at with respect to the plan for transfer, which had been submitted by the New York and Philadelphia banks in response to the recommendation of the Board, be sent to Governors Rhoads and Strong. On motion it was voted that other telegrams be sent asking Governor Rhoads and his counsel, and Governor Strong, or some other representative of the New York bank, with counsel, to come to 71ashington for the purpose of discussing further the question of adjustment of expenses between the New York and Philadelphia banks. On motion the Governor of the Board was requested 9 to attend a meeting of the New York State Bankers Association at Saratoga Springs, for the purpose of making an address there. It was voted that the ex- pense be paid by the Board. On motion at 1.30 p. m. the committee adjourned. Secretary. AYPROVED:
