CHANGES IN STATE BANK MEMBERSHIP
Date effective
Merger and Establishment of Branch
Montgomery Norristown Bank and Trust Company,
Norristown, Pennsylvania, a State member and The
Penn Valley National Bank of Hatfield, Pennsylvania,
merged under charter of Montgomery Norristown Bank
and Trust Company and new title Montgomery County
Bank and Trust Company. The former main office of
the discontinued bank and its branch will be operated
as branches by the continuing bank.

The Central Trust Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, established a branch at Hempstead Drive and Winton Road,
to be known as Brentwood Plaza Branch.
