Mergers. Conversion, and Establishment of Branches
Burlington Bank & Trust Company, Burlington, New
Jersey, a State member bank, and The Pennsauken
Bank, Pennsauken Township, New Jersey, an insured
npnmember bank, merged under charter of latter
bank with new title of Fidelity Bank and Trust
Company of New Jersey. A branch was established
in the former location of Burlington Bank &
Trust Company.

a State member bank, converted to First National
Tank.
